The Keys to having An Open Conversation:
Create a safe space for conversations.
Practice makes perfect. “You need to do it to improve it!”
Commit to having conversations every day. Start with 15 minutes daily and then increase the time.
Draw someone into your conversation with open ended questions. Use the phrase, Tell Me More...
Make your conversation fun.
Be a good listener.
