Mark's Pain Journey Part 2 - The Medical Side

Updated: Mar 18, 2022

How to Manage the Physical Pain

Pain is the single most powerful motivating force in our lives. It controls our thoughts, work, play, rest, and relationships with our spouse, friends, family, and God. In this second episode on pain, Mark and Monica discuss how Pain Management is an intricate balance of activity, medication, mindfulness, rest, and support from family and friends.

Your Pain journey is HARD and EXHAUSTING, but the Neubauers are here to give you support and share what has helped them in their journey with pain. An Open Conversation Podcast creates a community of hope for listeners so that they may have a place to share open conversations about their pain journey or listen to other people’s pain journey. How Do I Manage My Pain:

Creating relief in one area of pain may help you better manage the pain in other areas. When we talk about Medicare, the program that we are discussing is Medicare Advantage and the Silver Sneakers Gym membership. I don't think Medicare Advantage is free for everyone though. Check with your insurance agent.
